William Floyd Vandall served in the C.S.A. Co. "C" 19th Va. Cavalry, 3rd
Regt., Va. State Line to the Co. "D" 40th Battalion Va. Cavalry cons. in Feb.
1965 to the 47th Batt'n Va. Cav. to form the 26th Regt. Cavalry. He was a
private until discharged. He was a pioneer doctor of Wirt Co.
