This web site traces the descendants of Abraham and Mary Vandal and the ancestors of Abraham.  Abraham was born into the Dutch family Wendell but during  the Revolutionary War they recorded his name as Vandal.   Over the years many families have changed the spelling of the name several different ways but we are still all descendants of Abraham and Mary Vandal.
